Defect 832802 - Emails sent to Hotmail / MSN / Live / Outlook email domains fails. Undelivered Email with error "Permanent Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused" Currently U4 ** Desperately need this escalated! Symptoms: Emails sent from within NetSuite (all contexts) are not deliverable to Microsoft owned email domains including Hotmail, MSN, Live, and Outlook .com email addresses. This issue started sometime on or around June 25th. To see if you're affected, I recommend going to Lists > Mailing > Undelivered Emails and inspecting the emails that are not successfully delivering. If you have a ton of pink undeliverables with Microsoft based email domains, then you need to report the issue. Our company did not immediately notice the impact, but now after 10 business days, the inability and delays in communication to our customers is creating customer service nightmares for our Ecommerce business.
