Anyone understand why domains randomly lose touchpoints?

I don't know if I have seen touched points get randomly dropped, but we have some related issues when we don't assign the touchpoins on the web site setup (only on the domains). Do you have your touch points set on the website setup?

I have had this happen when SuiteCommerce updates.

I have 4 web stores in same account being actively developed - all had touchpoints on website record and domains….all were cleared out when I checked this am. Happened sometime between last wednesday and today…they were updated to 2020.1 a few weeks ago…

The thing I can observe in common between SC updates and active development is (potentially) overriding the files with new versions.

Its very strange - no work was done on the sites in then interim

I'd say it's strange but i've seen that happen to me too since ages ago, it's so random and once in a blue moon that reporting it is... meh.
