By default does SCA set the billing address on the quote as custom? Even though a billing address is selected (and you can see the billing address id in the

LiveOrderModel

) when SCA creates the quote it comes over as custom. The address is correct, but the bill address is not selected from the drop down. I am trying to determine if this is how SCA or we have introduced a bug into our code.
