Hi all, we are exploring a way of having Item Groups on the webstore but the Webstore Tab on Item Record doesn't seem enabled for Item Groups. Is there a way we could get this functionality on SCA?

Nope! Not supported at all, even with customization. Kits are the closest to groups (and they are not the same at all really)
