By default ' No image available' image is not coming for merchandise rule items..is that a bug or something we need to setup?

The image is supplied along with SC Standard and can be found here: _SSP Applications/NetSuite Inc. - SCS/SuiteCommerce Standard/default/img/no_image_available.jpeg_
