Has anyone ever encountered a Sandbox sending emails when you have sandbox configured to NOT send emails?

experienced it only for the 'user notification email'

NM, someone enabled the

Send Email To (Separate Addresses With Commas)

option, at least they weren’t going to customers. Panic averted!

I don't think any emails will go externally no matter what do they? You get those emails that look like they're going externally/to customers, but I thought ultimately they're not. Or did that change at some point?

they didn’t go externally, just to the person set in the above field
