Hi! I'm trying to deploy a theme using Gulp. After the deploy is completed, I go to FileCabinet and my assets have disappeared. Did this behavior happen to anyone?

Where are you going to look for your things in the file cabinet? Themes get deployed to /SuiteScripts/Deploy_Extensions. Your Theme Changes won't impact the webstore up until you activate the theme.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, the theme has been deployed in SuiteScript/Deploy_Extension. In that folder, I have a subfolder called assets. Now, when the deploy is completed I have to upload the assets manually.
