I have a test account with older 2019.1 version of extension manager and I would like to upgrade it to 2020.1. I can’t upgrade it because it’s a managed bundle. Has anyone successfully removed and reinstalled the extension management bundle? This works for other managed bundles. I tried this once and I it failed, so I had to get NetSuite Support involved.

Can't you just put a request into support to upgrade it for you? (Also I would not remove the bundle and reinstall it unless you absolutely need to. The dependent record headache will be massive.)

@Steve Goldberg, we have encountered a lot of issues getting support to update bundles. I am still waiting on NetSuite Support to update the extension management bundle in a production account and I filed the support case 3 weeks ago. For another client, we had to get account management involved to escalate it after waiting 4 weeks.
