@PabloZ Any idea on my question? I am stuck at that point, I can't see any header when I logged in, I even can't go to my account page, I am using Base Theme and aconcagua R2

@Lucas I noticed the same issue with one of my test accounts that is running SCA 2019.1 and the base theme. It’s an unmodified version of SCA/theme. When I log in the drop down My Account menu in the header is missing all of the menu items except sign out. I have not investigated the cause, but I do not think this is a permissions issue.

Just a thought, is the site using https? I've seen wonky things when not using an SSL

My test account is using two domains. Shopping domain is not https and the checkout/my account is using the NetSuite.
I don’t think it’s https or domains because I have another test account that is 2019.1 that is non-https and it’s working fine.

Yes, that is the HTTPs site.. But I don't think its related about SSL..

You should check the permissions of your customer center role as well as the template

I have all permissions, because when I use my Elburs SSP, it working for that, but as soon as I switch to Aconcagua that never works

To put some closure on this... JO is using (non customized, with no extensions) aconcagua with Base theme 20.1 Most likely context attributes have changed so i recommended getting the versions to match. Either use 20.1 core or Theme v18.1 I know compatibility is checked for older themes with newer versions, but i don't think the other way round is true (new themes with old versions)
