Has anyone experienced a problem logging into SMT since the 2020.1 upgrade? Or, created a new SMT instance for a 2020.1 SCA website. We are creating a new SCA website using 2020.1. When I log into Site Management Tools, the Home page is displayed, but I see the error message “An internal error has occurred” on the Home page. In the browser console, I see the following errors: _Impossible to parse backend error - Request {“url”:“https://some.domain/tf_ss2/SC/CMSAdapter/NS_SC_Environment.ss?n=2”,“type”“GET”,“isLocal”false,“global”true,“processData”true,“async”true,“contentType”“application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8”,“accepts”:{“*”:“*/*“,”text”“text/plain”,“html”“text/html”,“xml”:“application/xml, text/xml”,“json”:“application/json, text/javascript”,“script”:“text/javascript, application/javascript, application/ecmascript, application/x-ecmascript”},“contents”{“xml”{},“html”{},“json”{},“script”{}},“responseFields”{“xml”“responseXML”,“text”“responseText”,“json”“responseJSON”},“converters”{“text html”true},“flatOptions”{“url”true,“context”true},“jsonp”“callback”,“cache”true,“dataType”“json”,“dataTypes”[“text”,“json”],“crossDomain”false,“hasContent”false}_ Impossible to parse backend error - Response<!DOCTYPE html><html lang=“en-US” class=“touch”><head> <script> window.applicationStartTime = Date.now(); </script> <!--[if !IE]><!--> <link rel=“stylesheet” href=“”> <!--<![endif]--> <!--[if lte IE 9]> <![endif]--> <meta charset=“utf-8”> <meta http-equiv=“X-UA-Compatible” content=“IE=edge”> <meta name=“viewport” content=“width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no”> <link rel=“shortcut icon” href=“”> <title>Page not found</title> <link rel=“canonical” href=“h… uncaught exception: undefined If I reload SMT, I see “Internal Error” instead of the Home page. We have not modified the SCA code and the error was occurring with the unmodified 2020.1 base theme. I have filed a case, but they are not getting anywhere with it. Please let know if you’ve seen this and if possible how it was resolved.
