User says the way to reproduce this is the following: The way we find this is to leave the browser open ( we are using chrome) on an item page on the website. Come back to it 25-30 minutes later and try to select another link. This page is returned.

This is a known issue. I don't remember if we fixed it in a release, or if support provides a patch on-demand
