You’ll be owning the implementation of data integrations between major back office systems for fast-growing eCommerce brands worldwide. Your main responsibility is to understand customer requirements and implement them with our development team. This role is looking at either a Solution Designer or Senior Solution Designer position. # 📋  Your responsibilities - Solving complex system problems for some of the fastest-growing retailers in the world. - Running workshops with clients to draw out their requirements from our integration platform. - Writing high-quality, detailed specifications for client projects. - Producing process flows and system diagrams to document rich and/or complicated technical information in its most easily understandable form. - Working with our pre-sales and development teams to estimate project costs. - Working with our development team and our clients through projects to deliver the solution, including managing any required changes to the solution. - Contributing to the continual improvement of HighCohesion’s business processes. - Overseeing go-lives to guarantee a ‘smooth landing’ for our clients after they cut over to our platform. - Conducting project retrospectives to extract valuable learnings from each project, which can then be fed back into your personal development, our process improvement, or other areas of our business. - Work with your team members to plan and manage the workload across the team. - Building close professional relationships with your customer contacts. - Deliver against a number of company ‘OKRs’ (objectives and key results) each financial year. # 💯  Your qualifications Required - Recent ecommerce integrations experience. - Specialist knowledge of ERP (ideally Netsuite), WMS and accounting systems. - Prior experience as a Solution Designer, Functional Consultant or Solution Designer for B2B software.
