I don't see on here a configuration to autosend the emails... vs having a list of customers / item notifications which might go out but need approval first. I see the saved search for Stock Notifications Sent Emails. Is there an intermediary step for a notification being ready to go... but reviewed before sent?
Also, does notification consider minimum stock levels in NetSuite?

05/07/2020, 10:59 PMI have not checked the latest release, but based on the documentation there is a saved search that is scheduled to send the emails

05/07/2020, 11:00 PMAssuming the custom record and the saved search are not locked, I guess you could add an additional field to the custom record, an "approved" checkbox and on the saved search criteria add that field

05/13/2020, 7:03 AM@ANHE I've just been testing this in our sandbox. The script "NS SC EXT MR Stock Notifications Emails" is scheduled to run at 1am and automatically sends emails to any subscriptions which have stock. There's no review step. From what I can tell it's just looking at the available stock for the item - if it's above 0 the email goes out. It all works well for our reaquirements.
