Just me or has NetSuite Support gotten way way worse recently? It used to be bad but at least they got back to you quickly. Now, it takes several days before you get any response….

I think its the nature of the up season in business ... summer spikes for everyone produce delays.

I submit a case and then immediately email my sales rep asking them to escalate.
