I am getting the following error in the 2019.1.1 extension manager when I click on the Edit link of an existing activation:

This just started happening this afternoon around 4:30 PM PDT. Prior to that, the extension manager was working fine. I am working in a sandbox. I checked to see if the Extension Manager bundle was updated. It was not update. Anyone seen this before and possibly know what the cause might be?
