Has anyone had success setting up a merchandising zone/rule in their template (as opposed to through Site Management Tools)? I’ve tried to add them into my homepage template using the syntax

. I’ve created the merchandising rule with the ID

in admin and configured the reference implementation using the instructions here: https://developers.suitecommerce.com/sectionn2687979 but I still can’t get anything to show up. Some of the documentation seems to suggest that it has to be on a facets page, though? https://developers.suitecommerce.com/sectionn2687121 Does the theme have to be pushed live? I’m currently just working locally.

You need to have a facet set up for the rule you are applying.
