Any ideas on why a customer when logged into the SC Website, does not see an open sales order under the purchase history, the order is partially fulfilled, but that should not matter.
u
was order placed in backend ? or from the website ?
t
it was manually entered into NetSuite, not via the webstore, I actually just stumbled onto a Reddit post about that via asking ChatGPT.
u
possibly a subsidiary mismatch ? oneworld acct ?
is the website set up for that subsidiary ?
t
We only have 1 subsidiary and everything is correct, sales order, customer, website.
Based on what I am reading, they can only see the order if it was placed thru the webstore, not if entered directly into NetSuite
u
hmm definitely weird. I’ve placed orders from the backend before they should show up if logged in to correct customer 🤔
maybe a permissions issue with the record type / customer role ?
t
Do not think its that, I checked the role and it has Edit for Sales Order, and there are no restrictions that I am aware of on the record. We have a test customer account in our prod that I can use to do some testing.
u
ok and lastly - know of any customizations or extensions that could be causing an issue there? or any console errors on the browser ?
t
Not aware of any customizations or extensions, No errors that I am seeing
c
I just ran a test and a new order created in the UI totally shows up in the Purchase History tab in My Account.
What version of SC are you on?

2025.1.20

> Based on what I am reading, they can only see the order if it was placed thru the webstore, not if entered directly into NetSuite This is categorically not the case. We are 'omnichannel', so any orders associated with a particular customer can be shown to them online.
The most likely scenario is that you have set up a filter on the orders in the config, so that by configuration only orders placed through the web store will show up
In the config record there is a section called Filter Site. You likely have it to set to "current".
