But they are are saying that we are missing a redirect module on our website
this is what they said:
". At this point the redirect outside of NetSuite is not functional. Could you please verify that the third party redirect module is installed for our SuiteCommerce Advanced site?"

(if the payment visual is not present, then the method doesn't show up, which is a classic issue 😅)

04/16/2020, 7:30 PMNow, what i normally see is that you select the method, and the order just goes trhough. If that's the case, in my experience it's normally either something with the sales order forms (so, trying the standard sales order forms is the first troubleshooting step) or also another classic problem is that the customer center role needs EDIT permissions on sales order.
