Has anyone has customers have issue with their pricing in the SCA site. A customer is stating when they add an item to a cart it's displaying a lower price and when they go to check out it reverts back to the base price and the price that is shown on the site? I am unable to replicate this issue and we do have price levels but this customer should not have any discount....

maybe they have a promo code applied in session and when they go to checkout after the session is refreshed the promo code is removed?

ya this has happened to new and existing customers so probably didn't have a promo code before. It does seems to be using a price level for all these customers are not assigned to that price level
