04/14/2020, 2:26 PMIt's hard to say without an error message. Easiest thing to do is just to edit the job record, set its status to ERROR, and then run it again

04/14/2020, 2:39 PMOK, FTR you just need to edit the SC ExtMech To Process record for the job. You shouldn't really be deleting those records.
