Read Receipt from Send Email Workflow Has anyone found a way, or even a workaround, to using the Request Read Receipt feature when initiating the Send Email function via a Workflow? We often use this option to send time sensitive notices to customers off data on a custom record that includes an attachment - being able to set that field isn't an option. Open to creative ideas ... even outside tools. Thanks -
