07/08/2025, 5:33 PMThis is for the folks who might be looking for a solution. 1. I have enabled Multi language configuration under enable features and also selected the preferred language under Setup > General Preferences. 2. Created email template in Portuguese language. 3. Created a Workflow to send an invoice PDF with the email template created in step 2. 3. Select the preferred language under preferences at the customer record level.
