hey everyone, is there any documentation for the LiveOrder model that I can refer? I'm planning to use it in a SC 2019.2 extension

Just extend and play with it. I doubt there is any documentation that goes into the detail on a file basis. The SuiteScript LiveOrder.Model is pretty self explanatory, so it shouldn't be too hard.
