thanks for pointing that out <@UCDSX15B2>, the weird thing is that all the suitecommerce advanced related “enabled features” that were ON are not present anymore. I will contact NS support to check the account.

That's a strange story for sure! I'd contact your NetSuite account manager, if it's just the re-enabling the feature on your account then NS support may redirect you.
