Is there an argument against using NetSuite's Demand Planning?

I set up NS demand planning including custom saved searches and dashboard reminders and our owner told me it was garbage so...

That was for reorder point methods though. Can't speak to the Time Phased replenishment method.

Time phased is being deprecated. The best way to handle this is through MRP, item demand plans and hard demand (sales orders). At least in my opinion lol
