I'm unable to upload a new certificate for an expiring SSL. I put in a support ticket, but not sure if it will be picked up in time. Does anyone have experience with using Godaddy as a certificate authority for an SSL for SCA? The help center documentation is slightly confusing in describing what needs to happen. I have a zip file with 3 files within: 413860f482cc0d97 - Security Certificate 413860f482cc0d97 - PEM file gd_bundle-g2-g1 - Security Certificate Any one or combination of two of these files results in Invalid Certificate error. I'm able to download different "types" of certs from Godaddy, and I've tried Apache, Tomcat and other.

I had the same issue, do yo have a moment now? Maybe we can fix it
First of all, have you downloaded the CSR from NetSuite before request your CRT, right?
Now, you need to select this two files: 413860f482cc0d97 - PEM file gd_bundle-g2-g1 - Security Certificate Then drag the files into the box area at the same time.
