Good morning everyone, I'm having one issue with a SuiteCommerce Advance (2019.2.1) Vanilla, the shopping works fine, my account too (except for cases) but when I go to the checkout, it's not rendering or giving any errors on the billing step. This account it's full B2B hosted in EU West and we won't use any of the current Payment Gateways since we will only accept TERMS, we can't use SCA without a Payment Gateway or the error maybe related to something else? Any clue? Thank you all!

@Martin ensure the customer logged in has terms assigned in the customer record or Checkout will spin.

Yes Robert, I have done that, tired multiple customers already. The shopping accept other payments than credit card as well

ok - that's typically where we've had issue .. we have a client as well that only uses terms and no CC gateway and have found this data issue isn't trapped in the checkout experience.

Solved by @PabloZ, the sales order type must be "per customer basis"

Interesting .. thanks for sharing and even better it's solved. so that's another area to look if checkout is spinning as the errors isn't trapped.
