03/17/2020, 8:16 PMI'd say more than 10 minutes is enough to start suspecting it failed.
What i do in those cases is navigate throught the activation records and manually change their statuses. It isn't encouraged by NS but it's a workaround to get them unstuck.

03/17/2020, 8:26 PMIn my experience if it doesn't work in 10/15 minutes, unless the account is extremely busy and can't process any other map reduce, then it won't work in 60. And while doing dev work, who has 60 minutes to wait for a change to impact the site? it's insane.
