Hi, After the account got upgraded to 2020.1 few of the customers are getting "An internal error occurred" while they place an order and still the other is getting placed and also there are no errors in ssp applications. Did any one else facing this issue?

Hi @Swathi, I've not heard of that issue. Can you elaborate a little bit more. Is this happening with credit cards, invoice, paypal, external payment method?
Have you checked liveorder to see if there is an error?

Hi @Flo Yes, this is happening for the credit card payment method of the customer and I have checked with the live order, so far there are no errors

No, we couldn't replicate the issue for all customers so we haven't raised a case yet
