Hi all, I am working on SCA 2019.2, I my account section, I am unable to access cases, The Case.Fields.ss is returning page not found, I tried giving permission to the service with a role that has permission for case list. Added the permission for both Development and Development 2 folder. But still the same issue

The Issue is probably the the case modules are been converted into suitescript 2.0 . To use that feature you need to create the SS2 application and deploy into your site.

so everytime I deploy I'll have to deploy both on ss1 and ss2?

I have the same issue, still don't know how to fix it. I have literally changed nothing on this account, it's 100% vanilla and doesn't work by default.

It doesn’t work by default until unless deploying the SS2 application to your site
