Wondering why the CMS / SMT is activate by pressing ESC when this conflicts with WCAG guidelines?

Agreed, but you can disable this from configuration and just access SMT through the URL

There’s a lot of things in the base code of NetSuite that don’t meet WCAG guidelines…
