We use charge-based billing in our company. What are you trying to learn?

Hi Lea, we are a saas company but also sell professional services, we have a lot of working processes but there is still significant room for improvement. Do you reckon you would be open to connecting on a zoom and giving me a bit of a walk through of how your company operates with charge based billing? We decided to use charge based for all work since it's the most powerful. Would be keen to see generally how you utilise it, the various work flows your teams use, and any caveats you have learned? One area we haven't really needed to use until now is time based projects, so that area would be very helpful to explore. I'm based in Melbourne, Australia.
