anybody familiar with this error -> "Items you have requested in the record have been deleted since you retrieved the form" ? shows up when trying to save a sales order

Are you sure all the items on the record you're saving do truly still exist? That message tells me that maybe someone deleted one of your items while you were inputting the SO
