Has anyone seen an issue with guest checkout where the shipping methods and/or shipping cost are incorrect when returning to checkout after leaving checkout, using the shipping estimator on the cart page? The behavior is different if separate shopping and checkout domains are used versus a site wide secure domain. Here is a scenario where the problem occurs with a site wide secure domain. 1) enter checkout as guest checkout, enter a US shipping address, select a shipping method and continue on to the next step in checkout (Payments page). 2) Return to the Cart page, enter a different a different country and postal code in the shipping estimator. 3) Return to checkout. When you arrive back in checkout, you see international shipping rates with the stored US shipping address above. If separate domains are used, the message “Warning: No Delivery Methods are available for this address” is displayed when returning to checkout. I think this problem is related to Commerce API and real time shipping rates. Not sure. It started happening within the last 6 months.

Agreed. I was just checking to see if anyone else has experienced it and has filed a support case. It would help validate the bug is in more than one account and help expedite the resolution.
