We will be dropping support for IE 9 and IE 10 in SC/SCA 20.1 – customers should have received a PFCN about it. Microsoft stopped providing security updates for IE 9 in 2016, and stopped IE 10 updates in January.

We have been testing an extension to show a ribbon when the user agent is IE. That would be useful if you are no longer supporting it
