Has anyone ever had an issue customizing a customer statement advanced template? I cannot get the statement to print using a customized form. Regardless of multi currency or not (I've tried both). Other than setting the customized template to preferred is there some thing I need to do to get the statement to generate using the custom one instead of the standard?
