folks, using 2019.2 SCA, when I go to a paid invoice under my account and click on request return button, it shows permission error. after debugging it, I found that there is a location.service.ss call in browser's network tab which is returning "insufficient permission" error. any idea how to get this resolved?

It sounds like the role your user is using does not have permissions to look at invoice records

no its not the invoice record actually. it is the new return page

OK, well if it's the location service specifically then it's possible that service needs its permissions to be escalated

yes, the role is there. applied it to the service and the issue is resolved now.
