Hi all, I fetched theme from NetStuite back-end and gulp theme:local to test on local but it didn't work(SuiteCommerce Standard - 2018.2) I thought that it was because of HTTPS secure, so I've added index-local.ssp, but it didn't work, too. Can anyone help to solve this problem? Thanks
s
Can you elaborate on what you mean by "it didn't work" please. What exactly is not working? Is there an error?
k
When I tried to check my updates on local, it only shows blank page(white screen).
s
Are there any errors in the console?
k
In console, I have this error
localhost7777/who/shopping1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED localhost7777/tmp/extensions/Steve/Horizon/1.0.18/img/favicon.ico1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
@Steve Goldberg I think this is because of local-index.spp but I have no idea
s
When you're visiting your local site, your URL is something like http://domain.com/scs/shopping-local.ssp right?
k
yes
s
Because some people try to go to index.ssp and that won't work
or index-local.ssp
k
how can I solve this problem?
s
Well, there could be dozens of reasons why this is happening, I would probably go through processes with support.
Are you using the latest extension manager and theme development tools?
k
I am using SuiteCommerce Standard 2018.2 at the moment
s
That's peculiar. Your site should be on 2019.2 if it is running SuiteCommerce. Why hasn't your site been updated?
k
Should I update it?
s
Generally speaking yeah, but I'm suspicious that it has not already been updated. I thought all SC sites were updated automatically. Are you talking about a sandbox instance here?
