Does anybody know what group or permission is needed to use the schedule feature in NSAW, we have a user who only has the NAW Licensed Author group and does not see the schedule option, is this a NAW Service Admin function only?

What part are you trying to schedule? Data refreshes/Data flows/etc. Not that it's super important, but I THINK it's Service Admin only since it's backend-focused. Scheduling reports should be open to authors though.

I'm sure you're right. Such a useful feature - it should be easy to setup/configure/schedule.
