Hi all, I'm having trouble upgrading the SuiteCommerce Configuration bundle from 2017.2.0 to 2019.1.0 (latest). I get the message "The solution provider manages upgrades to this SuiteBundle, so you may not update it directly. When an upgrade is available, the solution provider will install the new version in your NetSuite account." We have access to the new bundle, so that isn't the issue. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

It needs to be provisioned to your account. Contact support.

Ok, thanks! I already contacted our account manager about this, but I'm not sure if she handled it right. I'll try support instead.

I don't think AMs do bundle provisioning, but I know support do.
