@MJ I have seen this error before a long time ago. It was related to a credit card payment processing profile that is no longer active, has issues or is invalid in someway. I recall that you would see the error if a customer had an existing credit card saved in the record and the credit card was associated with the invalid payment processing profile/credit card. If you look at the saved saved credit card in the customer record, there is column there is a status column that relates to the payment processing profile. I don’t remember what the column is.
