You are very welcome. Yes, the Case Module is one of those built in 2.0. I guess you'd have to find the correct route to the 2.0 service, and use it. However, I do not know what the correct route would be.

Yes I have Installed the base source bundle and attached SS2 SSP application to the website and then I seeing few erorrs when I hit the case router. I didn't find any proper documentation even regarding this.netsuite
