Hello, new to SuiteCommerce. Trying to understand how to setup a customer that would allow for multiple users to login against that customer to place orders. Does anyone know how to best configure this or if it would need to be a customization?

Hi Ross, I think that what you are referring to is to the customer/contact relationship.

Thanks Flo, I reviewed the contact section on the customer record, but couldn't find a way that you could have an added contact login to the SCA website and place an order for the associated customer. Have you been able to do this with the customer/contact relationship?

Hi Rehan, if you use a contact it will allow multiple customers to log in and purchase for that company. You create the contact but then the log in details are set within the customer record under the access tab. You use the B2B cart functionality if you want each contact to have a separate cart, rather than a shared one between everyone in the company.
