It is showing now, but the item colors are not color blocks, they're the name

Are you able to select them duing add to cart operation?

when i select any item option, nothing changes

You have to check that your color list values match the ones on the color palette you selected on the sC Configuration (it´s case sensitive)

You also have to make sure that you have correctly configured which are the item options that will switch images

and then of course you must be using the correct naming convention that includes the color option

Make sure you have selected the correct custcol ID and the correct template

its trying to show the color pallette but the squares aren't showing

are you sure you are not using caps on the color list_

the default color palette does not use caps, so if you are using caps either on the item option color list or on the image name it won´t work

someone preloaded a color pallette into the system that was showing the color blocks on the item previously

now when i change my color item option, to reflect the default color pallette, it shows blank, but the box is there, i can select it mouse over it

when i use the custom one, nothing shows either

can you send me your website url so I can check the code?

so if it was working correctly before then it may be about cache or something that is not correctly setup

have you checked the naming convention is correct?
