hey all! i have a super fast question regarding custom approval rules. if i make a rule and i want the rule to only apply to a specific subset of people can i utilize this saved search condition if i can pull that subset of people in 1 saved search

Yes, you can have either the workflow trigger on that condition or individual actions

so i should only have to make the search to include the poeple i want and then pull in the search in this firld and the rule will only apply to those people that the search pulls up?

unsure exactly what field you reference there as there is not much else information. but yes thats the idea behind it

sorry i meant the field in the approval rule screen entitled "saved search condition"
