As of right now support for GA4 is limited to core code implementations. We are working on updating the Google Tag Manager Editor extension so that it includes GA4 implementations, and hope to release that soon.

Hi Steve, For SDN partners, we understand that we have to raise a SDN ticket to get the latest version updated in our accounts How do we ensure that our clients don’t get the update earlier than us, so that we get some time to test our extensions?
s
You would probably need to tell support to put you on the earliest possible upgrade phase and then have your customers request to put on a much later one
(Assuming your customers are happy not to receive updates early)

Got it. I will pass this information on to my seniors. Thanks, Steve.

The Google Tag Manager extension has been updated so that it now supports GA4. https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_1535724805.html#subsect_86161915633
If you’re using the Google Tag Manager extension, you can get started right away with GA4

How come 3d secure v2 support was in this release (released on 12 October) when 3d secure become mandatory on 15 October. This gives customers 3 days to upgrade SCA or risk losing payments. Was there a hotfix for 3dsecure v2 that could be applied to older version of SCA?
s
It was this release that included support for the Make A Payment flow in My Account — 3DS2 in checkout has been supported since 2020.1

Patches are not available for older versions, mostly because they do not support payment instruments and creating patches to introduce both of those features is infeasible
Our advice for older versions has been documented for a number of months here: https://system.netsuite.com/app/help/helpcenter.nl?fid=section_070511571310.html

When attempting to authenticate the GTM I am getting: netsuite.com has not completed the Google verification process. Do we need to install a new bundle?
s
@Michelle Beutler that’s an unusual error to get for this. My guess is that you’ve skipped a step in setup process

@Steve Goldberg Thank you, yes this was related to the Google Oauth consent form config. The instructions should probably be updated to match the user experience. Specifically about specifying a google test user and whether to run in test mode or request it be verified and published. Also, I was wondering if there was a plan to tie the G4 events to the SC GDPR consent extensions/settings?
