Suddenly getting this error in a sandbox (but not the other), Anyone familiar with this error? During

I'm looking into file permissions and things specific to this sandbox that is having issues, but wondering if this is a "yeah just do this one thing" kind of fix.

Check file permission on your PC/Mac

looks like local file perms are ok. It works when I deploy to my other sandbox so I do feel like it has something to do with my sandbox 2 NetSuite environment
