We have a demo site that we’ve moved to 2019.2. However when we activate the theme it doesn’t seem to be showing when we visit the domain. There’s an upgrade to the extension management bundle but it says it’s a managed bundle so we can’t request an update so I’m not sure if it’s being caused by using the 2019.1 extension tools?

Pretty sure you need to be using SCEM 19.2 with a 19.2 theme and site. Why can't you request an update?

I think you need to raise a case and get it upgraded

Yeah I thought that might be the case but didn’t want to bother them if I had an alternative! Thanks
