Hi everyone, I recently setup sca 2019.2 on an account. we are not seeing any payment methods in SC.CONFIGURATION.siteSettings.paymentmethods array. We have payment methods setup in netsuite and they have display in web store field marked. due to which, the billing page is breaking during the checkout. any idea about this issue? @Steve Goldberg @Flo

Some things you could check are>
Make sure the credit card processing profile is associated to a website
This should show up on the payment method page under supporting merchant accounts
Make sure you have your payment visuals setup

Hi @Flo we have an issue with credit card payment method issue . We have done with the payment processing profiles setup and when we are trying to place an order with credit card it's throwing an error called "Exception when submitting the order"

have you recently deleted a plug-In with active Payment Processing Profile ?
my recommendation would be to create a support case

Yes Correct. I'm unable to see any error in the ssp application as well.

Thanks @Flo I found that the payment visuals were not setup. Isn't is weird? it should not break at least of the visuals are not setup. it can simply show payment methods without visuals. Anyways, Thank you 🙂

I agree with you, it has been that way since SiteBuilder. It's not my team the one that owns that setup. Not sure if it's worth it for you now that you were able to make it work, but you can request an enhancement by creating a support case and it will be routed to the correct team.
