I'm trying to setup a theme to a domain for 2019.2. Right now, I'm starting a New Activation in NS. After I selected a website, I didn't get a list to select a domain. What am I missing?

It might be that you need to set up/associate all the 19.2 application touchpoints to your newly setup domain.
